1. Activation & Non-Refundable Policy
The Values Scan™ offer is non-refundable once activated, as analytical engines and system resources begin processing immediately upon activation.
Activation occurs when:
- Payment is confirmed
- The assessment system is provisioned
- Access credentials are issued
2. Scope of the Offer
The launch offer includes:
- Access to dashboards and automated reports
- AI-powered analysis
- Platform access for the defined period
The offer does not include:
- Onsite consulting
- Workshops
- Customized advisory services (unless separately contracted)
3. Technical Issues
In case of technical malfunction caused by the ODHouse platform:
- The issue will be investigated
- Access will be restored
- Assessment timelines may be extended if necessary
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where service delivery becomes technically impossible.
4. Transferability
The offer is:
- Non-transferable
- Applicable to one organization only
- Not valid for affiliated or sister companies
5. Payment Disputes
Any billing concerns must be submitted within 7 business days of payment confirmation through the official contact channel.
