ODHouse is led by Dr. Mokhtar, Founder and CEO, a recognized regional authority in values measurement, organizational development, and strategic leadership.

He is the inventor of the Values Scan, a scientific model used to assess the values of countries, companies, and individuals, and the foundation on which ODHouse was built.

For more than 13 years, Dr. Mokhtar also served as the Founder & CEO of the Studies and Consultations Center at Sulaiman Al-Rajhi Education and Development Company, where he led major institutional development initiatives.

He holds:
A Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management, applied at Saudi Arabian Airlines.

A PhD in Strategic Management and Development of Values for University Hospital Management.

With over 35 years of executive and consulting experience, he has advised:

• Major banks in Egypt and the GCC
• Government and private universities
• University hospitals and private hospitals
• Petroleum and energy companies
• International hotel chains

He also serves as an external expert reviewer for leading management consulting firms in the region.
